About me

Composer at ArtEZ University of the Arts in The Netherlands. A background in jazz, R&B and soul while also drawing inspiration from minimalist composers like Steve Reich and Max Richter. In my work I try to capture the depth of the human experience in the visual art that the music supports, trying to develop the emotional gravity - the interplay between deep sorrows and joy - to a piece. I aim to enrich visual narratives and add a musical layer that connects more deeply with the art form.

Over the years, I scored for visual media projects lacking original music.

I've written multiple pieces for theatre and musical productions

In my repertoire, I've also written for advertisements in the form of jingles.

I developed my skills in the younger years by writing my own lyrical songs and have continued to do so up until now.
